User Management and Permissions
If you are a User Administrator for your company account, you can add and manage users and assign the appropriate level of access.
Administrator
Administrator
Has full access to the company account, including:
- Managing users
- Approving requisitions
- Viewing all orders
- Viewing invoices
Buyer Level 3
Buyer Level 3
Can:
- Approve requisitions
- View orders and invoices
- Place orders that are over budget without requiring approval
Buyer Level 1
Buyer Level 1
Can:
- View orders
- Place orders, but all orders require approval
Buyer Level 1 users cannot view invoices or approve requisitions.
