The EDCLTR is a thermo data logger designed for precise monitoring of ambient and external temperatures. It supports a wide measurement range of –55 to 125°C and includes two external temperature probes plus a digital input for optional sensors such as door or flood detectors. The device features WiFi-to-cellular connectivity, automatically switching to cellular if WiFi is unavailable, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring. A graphical E‑Ink display provides real-time data, battery status, and active alarms, while alerts are sent via SMS, phone call, and email. The EDCLTR is ideal for food service, cold chain logistics, and pharmaceutical storage, where traceable records and compliance with standards such as NSF/ANSI 456 are required. With up to two years of battery life or USB-C power, the EDCLTR offers flexibility for both stationary and mobile applications.
