PCL16 Low VOC Clear Plastic Pipe Primer is a Low VOC Solvent Cement Primer for Cleaning, Deglazing and Softening ABS, PVC, and CPVC Pipe and Fittings Prior to Application of Appropriate Cement. This Primer is Formulated with a Blend of Powerful Solvents which makes it a Fast Acting Primer that Removes any Glaze often found on Plastic Pipe and Fittings and Softens the Plastic so it will Accept Plastic Solvent Cement much more Readily
