BURNABY, BC. – April 15, 2024 – Starting in April, HVAC and refrigeration equipment and parts wholesaler Refrigerative Supply Limited (RSL) will begin a multi-tiered customer loyalty initiative. The new program is designed to support our most valued customers with thoughtful, personalized incentives and rewards. The loyalty initiative aligns with two of our core values of being community focused and providing exceptional experience for customers.

The multi-tiered strategy will live under one name – RSL Rewards. Within RSL Rewards, customers will be selected for one of two programs: a point-based program and an all-inclusive travel program. Each program is structured to provide an exceptional experience for participants.
