1. Eligibility

The contest is open to customers of Refrigerative Supply Limited (“RSL”) who are legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives, or agents of RSL its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such employees.

For purposes of determining eligibility, “customers” of RSL means a person who has a customer account with RSL or is an employee or contractor of an entity that has a customer account with RSL during the Contest Period or who has purchased any items from RSL as determined by RSL’s records.

RSL shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on September 29, 2025 at 4:00am Pacific Time and ends on November 7, 2025 at 6:00pm Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

3. How to Enter

• There are two ways to enter, if entering both ways will gain 2 entries. If enter one of the ways, then will get 1 entry.
• The two ways to enter are:
  • Via RSL branch: Go into branch, scan QR code, complete online entry form, submit. No purchase necessary.
  • Via rsl.ca: Go online, click on the contest banner, complete online entry form, submit. Sign in not required.
• Max one entry by each entry method per week per person (two entries total excluding any bonus entries).
• Bonus entries are also available as follows to any person who has first entered the contest by at least one of the above methods (i.e. in branch or online):
  • Fill out RSL customer survey found either at an RSL branch on the contest flyer or on RSL’s website following customer login – 5 bonus entries will
  • automatically be awarded (only one survey can be completed per entrant during the Contest Period).
  • Join RSL’s customer email list by checking the sign-up box when submitting the contest entry – 2 bonus entries will automatically be awarded (only one email address per entrant can be added to the list during the Contest Period).
  • Have another entrant mention your email address as a referral when they enter the contest – 1 bonus entry will automatically be awarded per referral.

4. Prizes
 The prizes consist of

• One Super Grand Prize: Choice of 1 of 3 options (max value of $5000 CAD)

  • Option 2: Whistler Golf Luxury Weekend includes 3 night stay at Fairmont Chateau Whistler (max $3000CAD for 3 nights for chosen dates in Fairmont Room King Bed or Fairmont Room 2 Queens) with a max occupancy of 2, $250 CAD gift certificate for Araxi Restaurant, Gift certificate for four to golf at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, and $250 gift certificate for dinner at Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

• RSL reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and bonus entries awarded.
• A random draw will be conducted on October 7th, October 14, October 21, October 28, November 4, and November 12 at Refrigerative Supply Limited (8028 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC). Selected entrants will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.
  • To be declared a winner, selected entrants must:
  • Respond within 5 business days of notification.
  • Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
  • Sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (if requested).
• If any selected entrant does not comply with all of the foregoing requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative entry will be drawn until such prize is awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6. Skill-Testing Question

In order to be confirmed as a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered at a mutually convenient time.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of RSL, which are final and binding.
• RSL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest for any reason.
• RSL is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
• In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted an entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an access provider, service provider, or other person or organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the account associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
• By participating in the contest, each entrant releases and agrees to hold RLS and its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages (including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the contest or in any activity related to the contest, or due in whole or part to the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. RSL shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prize.
• RSL reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering or interfering in any way with the process involved in entering the contest or with the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

8.Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city/province of residence, likeness, and entry for publicity purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for contest administration and in accordance with RSL’s Privacy Policy, unless the entrant consents otherwise.

10. Disputes

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. Any disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
