Refplus Condensing Unit & Copeland® Scroll Technology Contest
Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
The Refplus Condensing Unit & Copeland® Scroll Technology Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored Refrigerative Supply Limited (“Sponsor”)
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on April 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (PST) and ends on May 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (PST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period are void.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to customers of Refrigerative Supply Limited (“RSL”) who are legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba and are:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are authorized purchasers or representatives of a business purchasing eligible equipment.
- For purposes of determining eligibility, “customers” of RSL means a person who has a customer account with RSL or is an employee or contractor of an entity that has a customer account with RSL during the Contest Period or who has purchased any items from RSL as determined by RSL’s records.
- Are not employees, representatives, or agents of RSL its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such employees.
4. How to Enter
No purchase beyond that described below is necessary.
Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each purchase of a Refplus condensing unit containing any Copeland® Scroll technology made during the Contest Period.
Eligible entries must:
- Be for a new Refplus condensing unit;
- Include any Copeland® Scroll technology; and
- Be documented by a valid invoice or proof of purchase dated within the Contest Period.
Limit of [one (1) entry per unit / one (1) entry per invoice.
For no purchase entry, contact marketing[at]rsl.ca for contest entry card. Entry card will be sent to the nearest branch, where an eligible entrant may pick up the card. The entry card must be completed in full and mailed within the contest period to be a valid entry.
5. Prize
- Airfare for 2 from major airport in home city to Calgary, Alberta
- 2 night stay at a downtown Calgary hotel
- 2 tickets to RSL’s VIP Stampede Suite
- 2 tickets to RSL’s Stampede Rodeo Summer Party
The prize:
- Has no cash value and is non‑transferable;
- Must be accepted as awarded;
- May not be substituted.
Refrigerative Supply Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Draw and Odds of Winning
A random draw will be conducted on May 29, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The selected entrant will be contacted by email and/or phone within approximately 4 days following the draw.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Correctly answer a skill‑testing question;
- Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form;
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not meet eligibility requirements, another entrant may be selected.
8. Taxes
All applicable incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, unless the participant has consented to receive marketing communications. Information will be handled in accordance with Refrigerative Supply Limited’s privacy policy.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor interferes with its proper conduct;
- Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
