We want to assure you that Refrigerative Supply is actively monitoring and responding to government-issued guidelines as we move through the COVID-19 response mandates.   

We will continue to offer you our industry-leading service and support during this time by staying well informed of this rapidly changing situation and will post updates to www.rsl.ca 

High touch surfaces are being cleaned throughout the day in all our locations.  Social distancing (6 feet or 2 meters) is in place.  We are also removing the signature capture on orders to minimize your risk.   

Staffing levels for our front counters, warehouses, technical support, and inventory teams are being scheduled to ensure continuity of service.  Staff who can work from home are now doing so.  Our outside sales team and managers are equipped with mobile devices so that you can reach them. You can contact your local branch for their contact information.

Coffee Areas 

In order to keep you healthy and safe, we have removed seating from our coffee bars and encourage you to help yourself to a coffee ‘to-go’.
