Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The contest is open to customers of Refrigerative Supply Limited (“RSL”) who are legal residents of and the age of majority in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba. The contest period begins on September 29, 2025 at 4am Pacific Time and ends on November 8, 2025 at 6pm Pacific Time. To enter, visit an RSL branch or complete the online entry form found at rsl.ca. Maximum one entry by each entry method (via RSL branch and online) per week per person (excluding any bonus entries).

Bonus entries will be automatically awarded to entrants who complete RSL’s customer survey, join RSL’s customer email list and/or are referred by another contest entrant during the completion of the RSL customer survey. There are a total of 51 prizes available: one Super Grand Prize (3 options each having a maximum retail value of $5000 CAD), two Grand Prizes (4 options each having a maximum retail value of $2000 CAD), 42 regional weekly prizes consisting of a $50 gift card (1 per region each week for 7 regions: Vancouver Island, Lower Mainland, Kelowna and the Interior of BC, Calgary region (Red Deer and Southern Alberta), Edmonton region (Northern Alberta – north of Red Deer), Saskatchewan, and Manitoba) and 6 weekly prizes consisting of a $150 VISA gift card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and bonus entries awarded. Potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question unaided to win.

RSL Customers are invited to enter each week for an opportunity to win a variety of prizes. Weekly prizes consist of $50 gift cards to Petro Canada, Amazon, or Save-On-Foods, as well as $150 Visa gift cards. Each week, seven $50 gift cards and one $150 Visa gift card will be awarded.

Enter each week online and in-branch to increase your chances of winning the Grand Prizes and Super Grand Prize!

Two Grand Prizes will be drawn on October 28, 2025! The Grand Prize winners will have the choice between four prize options! They can select a Golf Weekend Getaway, City Staycation Escape, Ultimate BBQ Set, or Entertainment Set!

The Super Grand Prize will be drawn on November 12, 2025

The winner will have the option to select one of three amazing prizes: a $5,000 WestJet gift card, a Whistler Golf Luxury Weekend, or a Toronto Sports Weekend Getaway.

• Don’t have a login, don’t worry – go into your nearest RSL branch to get the link.

2. Refer another HVAC/R contractor to complete the RSL Customer Survey to get one extra entry per referral (you can do up to 20 referrals!)

• Give them your email to enter in the appropriate field in the survey.

3. Join the RSL Customer Mailing List!

• Select this option at the time of your form submission to get an additional bonus entry for that week and additional bonus entry into the Grand Prize and Super Grand Prize draws.

4. Submit online and in-branch contest forms each week!

• Get 2 entries each week by submitting online AND submitting using the QR code found at your nearest RSL branch each week.
