You will be assigned to a default branch location, or Pick-up location, at the time of your account activation. Each time you sign-in to the website, your default branch will be selected and displayed in the top right-hand corner. Check out this quick how-to video
The selected branch location determines which RSL branch your order will be fulfilled from. While signed-in you can select a different branch to order from any RSL location.
Changing Your Pick-up Location
To change your pick-up location:
1. Click on the name of the current Pick-up Location in the top right-hand corner of the screen:
2. Click on Change Pick-up Location and then select a different branch from the list:
3. The Pick-up location will be updated to the selected location.
