Do you offer online shipping?
Yes we do! After logging into your account you can select Ship as your fulfillment method.
How do I get invoices for my online orders?
Invoicing works the same for online orders as it does for offline. All invoices will be mailed to you or available through BillTrust online within 24-48 hours after an online order has been picked up.
Can I submit all my lists to a cart?
Yes, by clicking the selection box on the top of your Lists page will select all of your lists and their quantities to be added to the cart. Note that there is a 500 line item limit per checkout.
Who do I contact if I see an issue with my pricing?
You can contact your Sales Representative or the online team
Can I view both my online and offline orders here?
Yes, all orders placed can be viewed under your order history.
When can I pick-up backorders?
All online backorders will be available within 3 to 5 business days of the date the order was placed.
Can I order from multiple branch locations?
Yes, you can order from any branch by selecting a pick-up location in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
