Please be advised that RSL will be monitoring the quantity of certain products purchased online due to ongoing disruptions in our supply chain. The availability of stock showing in branches outside your area is not guaranteed and must be confirmed prior to ordering. Please contact your local RSL representative if you have any questions or concerns.
Once an order has been placed online, the local branch will receive and prepare the order for shipping. If product is in stock at the local branch the order will be shipped out on the same day. If product is on backorder please allow 3 to 5 business days for the product to arrive at your local branch. Please note online orders placed after 1:00PM local time are not guaranteed for same day shipping.
1. Log into your online account.
2. Navigate to Order History.
3. Select the order you wish to track.
4. Carrier name and package tracking waybill information is provided.
