RSL is conducting our annual inventory count starting Friday, November 27th at 9:00AM and continuing until Sunday, November 29th. Please note during this time that you will be unable to place any online orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once an order has been placed online, the local branch will receive and prepare the order for shipping. If product is in stock at the local branch the order will be shipped out on the same day. If product is on backorder please allow 3 to 5 business days for the product to arrive at your local branch. Please note online orders placed after 1:00PM local time are not guaranteed for same day shipping.
1. Log into your online account.
2. Navigate to Order History.
3. Select the order you wish to track.
4. Carrier name and package tracking waybill information is provided.
